  • How do I get you my information?
    Grant us “view only” access to your bank account or send us your monthly statements in PDF format.
  • Where is my QB file located?
    We keep it on our systems. We do the work and send your financials each month (you don’t need to own QuickBooks) or if you already use QUICKBOOKS ONLINE grant us accountant access to your QuickBooks Online.
  • What can I expect each month?
    You will be assigned a dedicated bookkeeper who will handle your data entry, reconciliations, and send you financials (P&L and Balance Sheet) every month.
  • Catch up
    Most clients that come to us are months or even years behind on their books, so you are not alone! We can get your books current, even if you are years behind. Once you are current, you will have the option to be on a monthly, quarterly or yearly schedule.
  • Clean up
    We will provide you with the most cost effective options either rebuild your books or start from scratch.
